Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Venue Menu (the “service”), including its website, API and agent integrations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use it.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the service, and access to its database is granted at our discretion. Keep your credentials, access tokens and connected agents secure; you are responsible for everything done through them. Accounts are personal — don’t share them.
2. No data extraction
The venue, production and company data is provided for you to look things up for your own work. You may not:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or otherwise systematically copy the data, whether through the website, the API, access tokens or connected agents;
- republish, sell, license or share the data, or use it to build or enrich another database, directory or product;
- use the data to train or evaluate machine-learning models.
Using the API and agent integrations for your own lookups is fine; using them to extract the data is not.
3. No abuse of the service
You may not:
- get around access controls, rate limits or invite-only access, or access data or accounts that aren’t yours;
- probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation, including by putting excessive load on it;
- use the service to send spam, including through workspace invitations;
- add content that is false, misleading, infringing or unlawful.
4. Content you add
You keep whatever rights you have in notes and edits you add, and let us store, display and use them to run the service.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts, revoke access tokens and disconnect agents that break these terms, at any time and without notice. You can stop using the service at any time.
6. No warranty
The service and its data are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Venue details may be incomplete, outdated or wrong — check them with the venue before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
